Ok….What exactly ARE penis stretching exercises intended to do?
It’s a great question, and one that is actually pretty mainstream in terms of it’s application! The tissue in the penis is "stressed" by the action of the exercise, and that stress causes breakdown, and re-growth. The tissue that re-grows replaces itself with a more robust, fuller and simply "tougher" consistency. This a pretty widely accepted physiological phenomenon, and one that is used for similar results in OTHER parts of the body as well.
Is it Effective?
It is..yes! Now, I personally believe in a more "cross-training" approach to male enhancement so I don’t necessarily stick to ONE particular exercise alone. But many men do nothing but stretches and report back great gains. I believe, and try to recommend other men incorporate a whole suite of effective exercises from the jelq, to pc contractions, and of course including a healthy helping of stretches as well.
The other advantage of stretching is that it’s pretty easy to do, and fairly difficult to injure yourself, especially if you can follow good directions…and if you’ve tried some of the convoluted exercises out there like I have, I’m sure you’ll AGREE, that’s good news for sure!
